Some different biceps exercises that I do starting with:
On the bar
– 10 chin ups in L seat position
– 10 close grip chin ups
– 10 upside down chin ups
On the Total Gym
– 30 biceps curls
– 10 biceps curls with barbell
Weights
– 10 alternating dumbbell curls
– 10 regular dumbbell curls
– 5/5/5 barbell curls in 3 different widths (shoulder width, slightly wider, wider)
