ℹ️ About Atlaz:
I’ve been interested in physical activity since a very young age. I competed on track and won medals on a National degree, I was focused on athletic competition. But it was in 2014 that I started my pursuit of a great physique. I joined a gym and immediately choose a Personal Trainer there to guide me. I was so in love, I dreamt about it, breathed Fitness. But then I found myself skipping a couple workouts, which turned into skipping whole weeks, ultimately whole months. I saw results, but I kept getting demotivated to workout.
I thought maybe what I needed was nutrition guidance too, so I got help from a nutritionist. She gave me a diet plan and that’s when everything fell apart. I kept falling off my diet plan, which made me feel worse, which led me to fail even more, got even more frustrated, I was skipping even more workouts.
Tried several gyms, different trainers, different nutritionists, online programs.. I felt miserable. I believed I lacked motivation and consistency.

But right before actually giving up, I began researching about what exactly makes me lose fat? What about building muscle? Was there a way to get abs and still eat fries? Could I get an amazing physique without living in the gym?

After tons of research and even more testing, I saw excellent results! While still going out to the club with my friends, eating whatever I wanted, having my own schedule. People started realizing my transformations and asked me how I could do it without sacrificing my life. They noticed I rarely spent time in the gym, I was way more present and fun, more productive at my job, felt immense energy from the very minute I had to wake up, and I had abs both on summer vacations and Christmas.

I helped my friends do the same, then their friends reached out to me, then family members, I even got emails from people I didn’t even know. But it was after receiving one email from someone I didn’t know saying “Thank you!” and sharing his LIFE transformation, how much he had spent before and how many things he had tried before, that I decided to create ATLAZ Fitness.
