Short on time? This compound workout will keep your heart rate up and build muscle in less than 15 minutes. I’m using a 15lb and 20lb dumbbell for all moves. We do have a few unilateral moves to balance you out. Compound moves are multi-joint and usually involve more than one muscle group. Super effective and time efficient workout. Equipment is moderate to heavy dumbbells and a mat. Let’s go!
